When you contact our practice, we will be happy to answer any questions you have, and arrange an appointment if necessary. You will be asked to provide contact information as well as specific information about your pet, which we keep confidential.

Upon arrival, one of our receptionists will welcome you and weigh your pet, before bringing you to an exam room. They will take a history (ask you pertinent questions about your cat or dog), and a veterinarian will then examine your pet. They will answer questions you may have, and plan further treatment or diagnostics if needed.

A registered animal health technologist may also help you with other information such as nutrition and general care. Our receptionist will then complete billing, and schedule any follow up care needed. We look forward to meeting you and your pets!
